About Special Moments and Finbar Flanagan

Special Moments is a new luxury wedding film company founded by Wexford based film maker Finbar Flanagan. Finbar has a background in art photography and film, graduating from the Institute of Art and Design in Dun Laoghaire with First Degree Honours.

He has had the pleasure to work with Wexford Council on multiple projects in both corporate and art settings, The Dublin Horse Show, SJI Ireland and the Environmental Protection Agency. Finbar also formed Wexford GAA TV and went on to win the MacNamee award for County Wexford with the help of his team. He has held multiple exhibitions of his work and has been shortlisted for the Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize, The RDS Visual Arts Award and winning both the Radar residency award and the On Tour Electric Picnic Exhibition space.
