Do your prices include travel and accommodation expenses?

Yes, all quoted prices include travel and accommodation. Whether your wedding is in the Ireland or abroad, there are no hidden extras.

When will we receive our wedding videos?

Delivery typically takes between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the season. We always aim to deliver sooner whenever possible.

Do you provide full-length videos of ceremonies and speeches?

Absolutely. Full ceremony and speech videos are available as part of our packages.

How many videographers will be present at our wedding?

There will be two professional wedding videographers, ideal for multi-location coverage and never missing a moment.

Do you need to feed us?

This is never expected but it is always a nice gesture as we will not have to leave the location and will always be around for every moment.

Can you accommodate filming in multiple locations on the same day?

Yes, we’re well-versed in working across various venues throughout the day. Just let us know the plan in advance so we can coordinate timings.

How do we book your services, and what’s your deposit process?

Booking is simple: we require a signed contract and a deposit to secure your date. The balance is usually due 30 days before your wedding up until the wedding day.

Do you offer quick editing or rush options?

Yes, we are currently exploring content creation options including live highlights and rush videos of up to 48 hours.

Can we request changes after receiving the highlights video?

Of course. One round of minor revisions is included with all highlight films to make sure it feels just right.

Can we arrange a phone or Zoom consultation?

Absolutely. We’re always happy to hop on a call or Zoom to discuss your vision and answer any questions.

What information do you require from us before our wedding?

We ask all couples to complete a pre-wedding questionnaire which helps us understand your schedule, preferences, and key details of the day.

Are you familiar with our chosen wedding venue?

We’ve filmed at venues all across Ireland, however If we haven’t filmed at your location before, we’ll carry out a thorough inspection in advance.

How long are your films (highlight film vs. feature film)?

Our highlight films are typically 3–5 minutes long, while our feature films range from 1 hour to 2 hours depending on your selected package.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use professional Sony cameras, discreet audio gear, and contemporary 360 cameras and drones to cover a wide variety of content.
